Pets are miniature sprites that follow mice around for 1 hour once acquired and used. They have been obtainable since Christmas 2015 on 4 December 2015 (V1.274).[1] They are summoned by using specific pet consumables.
Below is the movement of a pet in-game. One can notice that they are extremely optimized to ensure clarity.

Trivia
- The blue-tongued lizard was added in memory of the deceased moderator Xanthefleur.[3] It also appears in map 801.
- A possible future pet is a "yuki usagi" (snow bunny), as when suggested by a fan, Melibellule agreed they would make cute pets.[4]
- Pets are referred to as "Familier" in the game files.
- When asked if there would be a unicorn pet, Melibellule responded with surprise due to her planning on making one for Hugging 2016 but forgetting to do so.[5]
- For the Dragon 2017 enigma, players had to use the dragon to get the title « Little Monkey »(418).
- Chat command "/watch" hides pets since 24 February 2022 (V1.688).
- Pets do not show in bootcamp rooms since 22 September 2022 (V1.721).
- The skeleton dog was inspired by the skeleton cat.
- The party lion is the Ribbon Lion from Webkinz.
