Reflex is a passive skill in the Wildling skill tree which increases your shaman's summoning speed by 4% for each skill point allocated, but decreases your shaman's summoning range by 4% for each skill point allocated.
The maximum allocated skill points is 5, which, when fully upgraded, increases your shaman's summoning speed by 20% and decreases your shaman's summoning range by 20%.
The summoning range decrease is not nearly as limiting when combined with the Eagle Eye skill and/or divine mode.
It is best used with the Mechanician skill tree, because it focuses on building, and the skill Eagle Eye can reverse the range decrease.
