Snatch is a module. It became official in July 2022.
Gameplay
Snatch is a game based on stealing the cheese where mice fight for a single cheese. There is only one cheese on the map and every mouse has set their eyes on it. Snatch the cheese before others do and run!
But obtaining the cheese isn't merely enough, others can steal it from you! Your objective is to survive and get to the hole, before you lose the cheese. You can use power-ups to protect yourself from your opponents. Use those power-ups strategically to give yourself an advantage and weaken the crowd behind you.
Each time a cheese is stolen, the thief will teleport into a random location - so will the hole! So be prepared for ceaseless chases!
Keys
- Space - steals the cheese from the thief, if you're close enough to them.
- X - spawns a death power-up behind the thief. This power-up affects everyone including the thief, and touching it will cause you to die.
- C - spawns a jump boost in front of the thief. It's only visible to the thief, and can only be used by the thief.
- V - spawns a speed power-up near the thief. Can only be used by the thief.
